Referred to on the articles page of The Dink Network as "People-powered prejudiced poll comments", the Pollocracy has been running at the Dink Network since mid-2009, with the first edition being posted on July 29th of that year with the title "Let commenting the comments commence!". Written by the well-loved (within the community) metatarasal (the controller of the polls), the Pollocracy is where he chooses the best comments from each poll, and posts them on the message board for all to see, along with some of his own comments.
The Pollocracy has become something that seems to be anticipated at the Dink Network, with Dinkers often pointing out which comments were theirs, and making funny remarks at the other comments they like.
